MSDE 2000 on Windows 2003

Hi there,
I want to know can i install on my server msde 2000
without installed sql server 2000? I mean what on my
server MSSQL server 2000 not installed and i want to
install only msde 2000.

you can install MSDE release A, updated at service pack 3a, on Win2003
server, without installing SQL Server
