MSDE 2000 installation

I have found conflicting info on Microsoft's website in
reference to the processor requirements. In one instance
it says that the processor must be a Pentium. Another
instance it says Pentium or compatible. Has anyone had an
issue installing MSDE on a computer with an AMD processor?
Yes, MSDE1.0/MSDE2000/SQL Server

|||I have MSDE and SQL Server running on an AMD 64 bit processor without
issue. Ignore the "Pentium" term when reviewing Microsoft system
requirrements. Just make sure clock speeds are compatible. Microsoft
has always recommended Intel products. Back handers paradise!!!!
